This week’s featured athlete is Michelle Lequia! Michelle has been with HPCF since January 2016. Since then, she has taken her fitness very seriously and ensures she comes to the gym 5 days or more per week and has taken her nutrition to the next level by understanding that food is fuel for the body and what she puts into her body helps yield these awesome results! Michelle is down a total of 60lbs, 11% body fat and over 21 inches overall! Amazing! Great job Michelle!
