The Weekly Fix: Anterior Shoulder Pain and the Supraspinatus
This week, Coach Dave and Coach Eddie are discussing the anterior (front) of the shoulder pain that many of the gym athletes have been complaining about.
This is a common area for pain due to the fact that in CrossFit, we do like to hang out in the front rack architype with pushing and pulling movements. This is an area that commonly flares up due to some over use and lack of muscle symmetry.
Coach Dave and Coach Eddie give you a couple drills you can do to help free up the shoulder joint so things get moving properly.
