This week’s recipe came from some inspiration from a local restaurant that had a similar menu item… After eating it, and really enjoying it, we decided that we could make our own, and add a few more ingredients if we wanted. This dish is full of healthy vitamins and minerals and can be enjoyed for lunches or dinners! The best part is, a little goes a long way. just 3-4 ounces of Kale is a lot and will definitely help you feel more full longer… Oh, and did you know that kale has more potassium than a banana? So next time you’re dealing with some after WOD cramping, make yourself this kale salad and avoid the sugar rush!
