Dr. Eddie is back this week to discuss another movement fix with Coaches Jason, Dave & Corian. This week the group discuss the snatch, specifically why we snatch, what typically goes wrong, and how we can fix those issues. The snatch is one of the most complicated movements, therefore risk of injury is also increased. In order to have good technique we need the right amount of mobility in all joints – ankles, hips and shoulders.
