This week on OWNing Your Life Radio we discuss the different things we do to help us understand what is truly happening in our minds and lives.
We talk through how our energy and the energy of the people effects everyone; and why we only have so much capacity.
The four things we suggest doing to help recenter:
- Taking the time to journal or at least writing out daily gratifications can have a big impact on your positivity.
- Take note of how things in your daily routine effects your mood. (i.e. listening to the news in the morning vs. instrumental music).
- Incorporating music in your day can have a great impact on your energy!
- Be careful about how much time you spend on social media. It is important to remember that people post the best versions of themselves, not always the true version.
