Dreaming about pull ups? Ring rows are great to a point, but unfortunately they are just 1 progression in the never ending line of progressions for getting that 1st pull up. Coach Dave and Coach Eddie share some of their favorite progressions, which help you develop the lat strength needed for the pull up. You can achieve this with late pull downs, box pull ups and also negative pull ups. Each works the necessary rang of motion to get stronger in the pull up.
