Why is mobility in the t-spine important? For shoulder health and increased Range of Motion of your ability to put weight overhead!
We live in a rounded forward society, computers, tablets, smart phones, driving…. We slouch forward which causes our spine to round and we can get “stuck” in this rounded forward position…. Then, you come to class and you wonder why you can’t put a bar overhead, or why your shoulder get’s pinched?! Work on opening the t-spine and you’ll see great ROM, pain free, and maybe clear up some of the shoulder clicking, or other impingements!
