The Weekly Fix: Wrist & Elbow Pain

Do you have Elbow or Wrist pain in the front rack or when you press a bar overhead? Then check your front rack position. If your wrist fall inside of your elbows, or, the bar rests on the finger tips, then this causes you to unnecessarily flip the wrist in every press. Coach Dave gives you a quick mobility drill you can do to help fix your front rack positions.
