This week on ‘The Weekly fix’ – Coach Dave and Coach Eddie are talking triceps!
We’ve received a few members referring to elbow pain, or discomfort, all of which center around the triceps being too tight.
When the triceps are tight, they shorten and they don’t slide and glide properly through the fascia. This tightness can also limit your range of motion in the front rack and oh ranges of motion.
The solution; fix the triceps and you will have some relief with greater ability in certain lifts!
