The 2019 CFOpen has finished. Those that participated went through 5 weeks of tough workouts for the ultimate test of mental toughness, strength, cardio and gymnastics… CrossFit uses these workouts to find the “Fittest on Earth” and only the top 1% go to the games… But what do these tests mean to us? How can we use each workout to better our own personal performance?
The CFOpen is an awesome competition and will push many to depths and heights they never once saw possible. Undoubtedly, each one of us looks back at 1 workout and says, “I wish I would have….” If this is the case, we can use these as training opportunities; how can we improve, and where to focus.
