Anyways, this is just 3-4 ingredients, which include: Turkey, Zucchini, and fire roasted tomatoes. that’t it! Now, you can always get creative and add bell peppers, onions of your choice too!
The recipe we are attaching to this post is from another episode of ITK, and featured a sprouted grain spaghetti noodle option – So, remove the noodles from that recipe to make this! Or, if you are craving noodles, the sprouted grain noodles are a good substituted option! If you count macros, just make sure you weigh out those noodles prior to cooking them, and follow the serving sizes because 3oz of noodles is quite a bit of carbs!
