- 4 Oz Ground Turkey 93/7
- 1 Cup Cooked Brown Rice
- ¼ Cup Cooked Black Beans
- ½ Cup Salsa
- ½ Avocado (or 2 Tbsp of Guacamole)
- Heat up a skillet on medium-high heat. Using a non stick spray, spray the pan and put in the ground turkey. Season to taste and cook until brown.
- In a bowl assemble all the ingredients!
This dish is super fast and easy to make. You can brown up the ground turkey ahead of time along with cooking the rice. Make enough to last a few days and then assemble the ingredients when you are ready for them. You can spice this up with lettuce or spinach, bell peppers, jalapenos or anything else you like! This dish is also perfect because you can adjust it for any sort of plan you are following, such as less rice or cauliflower rice for low carb or leaner turkey no guac for low fat.
