RECIPE: Sweet & Spicy Shrimp Bowl

This week we are going a little different, and in fact, at first glance you may think, “Strawberries & raspberries with shrimp?!” This is exactly how we responded when we first saw this recipe inspiration from eMeals…. However, they used Mangos… Since we didn’t have mangos, we subbed it out for the berries! And OMG! True love! You really have to give this one a try as the sweet balances very well the the spice. A perfect dish to enjoy with warm shrimp, or chill it all down and have a cold salad. This is perfect for dinner or lunches.
