Recipe: Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz Dry of Barilla Gluten Free Noodles
  • 4.5 oz shrimp
  • 1.5TBS Kerrygold butter
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBS half & half
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Thyme to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook and drain noodles
  2. While noodles are cooking defrost shrimp in cool running water
  3. Add butter to a pan and let melt
  4. Add shrimp to pan and cook until pink add garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan and stir together.
  6. Add half & half and cheese and stir together. Serve and enjoy!
