This week’s ITK recipe is another breakfast masterpiece – Pumpkin Oat Waffles or Pancakes!
Everyone loves pancakes and or waffles, but the drawback of using box mixes, is the added preservatives and unwanted ingredients. This recipe is super simple and makes great tasting waffles or pancakes.
For the food preppers out there, you can make up the pancakes or the waffles and freeze them, and heat them up for later consumption!
You can top these with your favorite nut butters, syrup/honey and/or berries!
