This week Corian and Rachel met with the help of video conferencing technology to chat about what is happening in their lives and how two months of a “Safer-at-home” order is affecting them. If you listen carefully, you can hear added comments from Blair Chapman!
Not only has a two-month “safer-at-home” order affected HPCF Racine, it plays a large part in peoples’ overall health: mental and physical. This “down time” has allowed each of our hosts to learn a little bit more about themselves and how they deal with structure and changes to their routine.
Some of the ways the ladies are coping is by:
- staying active when they can
- being outside as often as possible
- learning to be ok with being more “flowy” with their time
- playing Call Of Duty with friends (ask them to join your game)
Corian talks about her latest read: “Man’s Search For Meaning” by Viktor Frankl. It’s a short read with an interesting perspective.
