This month’s member spotlight goes to Spencer Gedemer. Spencer has been with Harbor Park CrossFit Racine for a little more than a year now and during this time, Spencer has noticed changes in more than just his weight loss.
Spencer said that he feels like he has more energy and is stronger than when he started, which is a huge plus since he is a Racine Fire Fighter. Spencer said that although he has lifted in the past, and has access to some weight lifting at the fire house, he chooses to come to Harbor Park CrossFit Racine because he gets to involve himself with other health conscious individuals. Spencer also says that when others are in class, it pushes him a little harder too!

I really like the positive energy and the encouragement from all staff members. The staff is always willing to help and is very knowledgeable and friendly.
