Member of the month: Hayden Jamison

Our December 2019 spotlight member goes to Hayden Jamison. Hayden is one of HPCF Racine’s youngest members. He has been working hard over the past year by working not only on classes, but also working on his extra strength and mobility.

Hayden’s goal is to start going to more CrossFit Competitions and someday compete at the CrossFit Games.

If you’ve been watching Hayden, then you know how dedicated he has been to his training and focusing on his weaknesses. The best part is, he’s been super humble during the entire process and doesn’t let the sport side of CrossFit go to his head.

We are excited to see where Hayden’s journey will take him as he continues to get better every single day. Congratulations Hayden, keep it up and keep having fun in the process.
