This year, we decided to be a little more non traditional with our cooking. Everyone does a turkey or ham, so we wanted to break the mold. We decided to cook up some Cornish hens!
We topped them with an orange cranberry sauce and for a side dish, we did grilled brussel sprouts with bacon bits.
This was so easy and delicious that you wont need to wait til next Thanksgiving to give these a try. You may substitute the hens for chicken or other poultry item.
