Let’s face it, eating clean and watching what we eat takes some discipline. It can be pretty difficult to avoid all the sweet treats at times. But, just because we are trying to eat healthy, doesn’t mean we have to give up the treats completely.
We can certainly enjoy some sweet treats and make them ourselves without all of the added processed sugars!
This is one of our favorite ‘Go-To’s’ when we are craving that little bit of sweetness without the guilt.
