This past weekend we had a family Christmas party to attend, but one of the downfalls of getting together with family is learning about and dealing with all the food allergies that each member of the family has.
So, Coach Corian had to find a gluten free, peanut and legume free side dish. This brought us this week’s recipe: Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad.
So easy to make and it’s so delicious and packed with nutrients!
