This week’s recipe is our personal twist on pho. Pho is a very popular food in Vietnam and is delicious and unique tasting. We added our own twist of butternut squash noodles.

Like many others, you can choose the protein in this dish and use chicken or shrimp, etc instead of beef! If you’ve never had pho – this is definitely a recipe to try!
