This week’s challenge is an overnight oats recipe! Everyone’s twists on our recipes the last two weeks have been so fun to see.
Overnight oats are a great quick and easy recipe to grab on the go for breakfast, a snack, or post workout meal! They are pretty easy to customize to your specific macro nutrient needs as well as taste and are packed with fiber, much like our chia seed pudding recipe from a few weeks ago!
As a reminder, for ITK Nail’d It, you have to submit a photo of your creation, tagging @Harborparkcrossfit_Racine and using #ITKNaildit. Entries must be completed by Thursday, May 21st at 5pm. We will then have a 2 day voting period and the winner will be announced on next week’s episode.
