10a-11a will be for beginner athletes who want to learn about the first steps to eating healthier but have no experience in nutrition or food tracking. We will discuss food traps, reading food labels and learning the basics of nutrition and foods to avoid. These steps can be implemented immediately with little effort and will help you see more results and live a healthier life.
11a-12noon will be geared towards more advanced athletes who have a basic understanding of food, macros and have tracked their foods. This 1 hour seminar will go more in depth in sleep habits, mindful eating, and ensuring we are meeting all of our “Macro Needs” and some ins & outs of the tracking mistakes.
Athletes may register for 1, or both seminars.
