Way back in Episode 3 we discussed this idea about the nutrition progression – going from very little knowledge / experience with food all the way to advanced strategies and tactics. This week, we break it down a little bit further and look at the nutrition progression in the sense of a levels program, much like we have for our workouts. We break down what each level should be focusing on and what level makes the most sense for your personal goals and lifestyle. We also get into the pros and cons of each level, and what advancing means in terms of benefits to you and sacrifices you’ll have to make.
