With the warm weather and the fun activities, its definitely a lot easier to get side tracked during the Summer. Add in the vacations, and you have a recipe for loosing all the gains you’ve worked hard for over the past few months. Today we want to discuss how to stay on track and continue making progress, while still enjoying your life outside of the gym. There’s no need to throw away all your progress just because of the season!
