The next evolution to our Thursday Programming has begun and we are super excited! Previously, Thursdays were the sacred REST days… Which by the way, are still sacred and we wont drift too far from our core beliefs! However, over the past year, Thursdays morphed into flow session days with an emphasis on just keeping the blood flow and moving, and thus (hopefully) you’d have better recovery and ready to get after Fridays.
As we grow, we are always looking for new ways to improve on our program and make this more fun, enjoyable and allow you all to learn! Ultimately, we decided that Thursdays would be our new “Skills” sessions! These skills sessions will run like normal class times, and this is where you will spend time with a Coach just going over the specific skills of a movement(s); weightlifting, gymnastics.
The goal of the new Skills classes, is to help all athletes improve on a specific set of skills! We are excited, and hope you all are too!
