We are back with another week of podcasting – this time Coach / Dr Ed joins us again for another movement fix. Although it is not a movement, persay, we decided it would be very beneficial to go over and break down midline stability – what it is, why it’s important, and where we see most people go wrong.
The midline is arguably the most important thing when it comes to exercising safely – the midline protects our spine and vertebra. If you’ve ever experienced a disk herniation, chances are you’re midline isn’t working properly or it just isn’t strong enough.
