Head Coach Jason Yule is another Co-Owner and has been a CrossFitter for four years and specializes in program design and athlete development. "I am passionate about watching people fall in love with their bodies and discovering what they are capable of, and then watching them commit to the program to see where they can take themselves," he says. "I really enjoy the personal connections we get to develop, and then helping those members develop into better athletes and better people themselves."
Jason started his athletic career playing football in high school—and that is where he developed his love for strength and conditioning. "Throughout college, I tried different things (boxing, p90x, insanity, etc.) until I started getting into endurance running. I’ve completed a number of half-marathons, as well as one full marathon. After 2+ years of running, I got bored with it and gave CrossFit a try."
Always a very relationship-driven person, Jason found himself while helping to add value to others. "Once my love for CrossFit developed, it only made sense for me to start helping others in the gym," he says. "I started coaching 12 months after starting CrossFit." When he’s not in the gym, he can usually be found by the lake, whether it’s just hanging out, boating or relaxing, he simply loves being by the water.
